FAQ
Is Chiropractic Safe?
Yes! Adjustments performed by a licensed chiropractor are very safe. The most common side effect is mild soreness or aching after an adjustment, which typically resolves on its own.
Dr. Taylor will review your health history and perform a thorough exam before any adjustments. She will also discuss any potential risks with you at your second appointment and answer all your questions.
The “popping” sound is caused by the release of gas bubbles from the joint being adjusted. Whether or not you hear a pop depends on the presence of these bubbles, the adjustment type, and the technique used.

How Many Visits Will I Need?
The short answer is: It depends! After your first visit, Dr. Taylor will have a better understanding of your specific needs and goals and will develop a personalized care plan to discuss with you at your second visit.
